¶ 1 Jennifer Ann Fedorek appeals from the judgment of sentence entered following her conviction for disorderly conduct graded as a third degree misdemeanor pursuant to 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 5503(b). We certified this appeal for consideration en banc and now address the following issue: whether the Commonwealth must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a defendant charged with disorderly conduct, graded as a misdemeanor...
