Keino Leon Espy ("Espy") appeals the district court's denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Espy was convicted in a Georgia state court of armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He is currently incarcerated.
