¶ 1. Tony Trask and Ethel Young filed a petition to establish paternity and to contest the Last Will and Testament of Samuel B. Minor. They alleged the will was void due to Halla Minor, Jr.'s undue influence. The chancellor upheld the will. Trask and Young appeal and argue the chancellor erred (1) in his evaluation of the evidence, (2) in his analysis of the evidence, (3) in his application of the evidence, and (4) in his determination...
