The Attorney Grievance Commission ("Petitioner"), acting through Bar Counsel, filed with this Court a petition for disciplinary action against Norman Joseph Lee, III ("Respondent"),1 alleging violations of the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct ("MRPC") in his representation of Connie Marie Baker ("Complainant") in her Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. Petitioner charged Respondent with violating MRPC 1.3 (diligence),
