OPINION BY JOHNSON, J.:

¶ 1 Keith Dougherty appeals pro se from the trial court's order confirming an arbitration award in favor of U.S. Claims, Inc. (U.S.Claims). Dougherty asserts that the arbitrator lacked jurisdiction, committed various errors of law and erred in denying him a hearing.
