WELLS, Judge.

Jose Valdes and Juana Valdes appeal an order dismissing with prejudice their Corrected Amended Complaint against the appellees, Mr. Valdes' workers' compensation carriers and adjusters. We affirm.

On January 15, 1985, Jose Valdes sustained an on-the-job injury while working for a construction company and was declared permanently disabled. From 1994 through 1999, Valdes received total disability benefits from his employer's workers' compensation...
