This is a Section 1983 action in which Plaintiff Shannon Leigh Love ("Plaintiff') alleges that Atlanta Police Officer Barry C. Oliver ("Defendant") maliciously instituted and maintained a criminal prosecution against Plaintiff in violation of her constitutional rights. It is before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment [28].
