¶ 1. Dominick Lashaun Morris pled guilty to the sale of cocaine in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County. He was sentenced to serve eight years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC), and to pay costs and a fine in the amount of $5,000, with $2,000 suspended.
