The plaintiff filed suit against the defendant school board seeking credit for military service completed prior to his teaching career and the back wages associated with that credit. The defendant alleged that all but three years of the plaintiff's wage claim had prescribed. The trial court denied the exception of prescription and granted the plaintiff's wage claim.
