This is a consolidated appeal wherein United American Lien and Recovery Corp. and Century American Casualty Co. timely appeal an amended final judgment awarding damages, attorney's fees and costs, and forfeiting a bond in favor of Anthony Primicerio. We affirm in part and reverse in part for the reasons set forth below.
