¶ 1. Stacey Woodruff Golmon and Lacey Woodruff Robertson (the Woodruffs) sued Alex Crosswhite and Sandra Gail Crosswhite (the Crosswhites) for encroachment upon the Woodruffs' property. After a trial, the Panola County Chancery Court found that a fence owned by the Crosswhites encroached upon the Woodruffs' property and ordered the Crosswhites to remove the fence.
