ORDER

PANNELL, District Judge.

On April 27, 2006, the court issued an order dismissing this case without prejudice after concluding that Merial Limited ("Merial") lacked standing to sue for patent infringement solely in its own name. The defendant, Intervet, Inc., now seeks approximately $300,000.00 in attorney's fees and costs [Doc. No. 51] pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285, 28 U.S.C. § 1927, and the inherent power of the court.
