Xerox Corporation appeals from a summary judgment entered by the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, in which the court held invalid claims 1-3 and 7-16 of Xerox's U.S. Patent No. 5,596,656 ("the '656 patent"). Because we conclude that there are genuine issues of material fact remaining in dispute with regard to whether the prior art discloses all of the relevant claim limitations, we reverse the grant of summary...
