Ronnie Espinosa appeals from his sentence for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. See 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). At sentencing the district court determined that he was a career offender under United States Sentencing Guidelines (USSG) § 4B1.1 because he had two prior state-law convictions for qualifying offenses at the time of the present offense.
