After a stipulated bench trial, defendant, John H. Dean, was found guilty of two counts of residential burglary (720 ILCS 5/19-3(a) (West 2002)), one count of burglary (720 ILCS 5/19-1(a) (West 2002)), and one count of misdemeanor criminal damage to property (720 ILCS 5/21-1(1)(a) (West 2002)).
