Defendant, Charles Griffin, was convicted of three counts of first degree murder based on an accountability theory (720 ILCS 5/9-1(a)(3), 5-2 (West 2004)) for the August 2001 shooting deaths of Khristian Bracy, Terrell Hall, and Nadia James.
