HOLLOWAY, Circuit Judge.

Jesse John Krejcarek challenges the classification of his two prior Colorado state third degree assault misdemeanor convictions as "crimes of violence" under the United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.) by the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. The classification resulted in Mr. Krejcarek having an enhanced base offense level of 26 instead of 20 as would have been the case without the enhancement. We have jurisdiction...
