The petitioner, David X. Boyd, appeals following the habeas court's denial of his petition for certification to appeal from the judgment dismissing his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court improperly failed to order that the board of parole1 (board) reconsider the date set for his next parole eligibility hearing. We dismiss the appeal.
