Stopa, M.D., and their employer, the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College (the "LSU Board"), alleging that Dr. Caspi and Dr. Stopa and certain other defendants committed medical malpractice that resulted in the death of their infant daughter, Emily Herman...
