DUGGAN, J.

The defendant, J.W. Jones Lumber Company, Inc. (Jones Lumber), appeals an order of the Superior Court (Vaughan, J.) denying its motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. We vacate and remand.

The issue presented is whether awareness by a nonresident manufacturer that its product was sold to a distributor in Vermont and would reach New Hampshire in the stream of commerce constitutes "minimum contacts" such that the exercise of jurisdiction...
