[¶ 1] Kristopher T. Saunders appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Hjelm, J.) dismissing his complaint pursuant to M.R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Saunders's claim is against Dr. Paul Tisher, a licensed practicing psychiatrist.
