The marriage of petitioner Rod Samardzija and respondent Lilly Samardzija was dissolved on February 27, 2004. Respondent raises various issues on appeal concerning the distribution of the parties' property, the timing and permanency of maintenance, payment of attorney fees and credit card debt, and the propriety of a geographic limitation imposed by the trial court.
