Defendant, Mondoira Reed, was charged by bill of information with aggravated burglary. The State agreed to dismiss the additional charge of possession of marijuana in exchange for Defendant's guilty plea to unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Defendant so pled and was sentenced to four years at hard labor without the benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.
