Harris is an insured under an automobile policy issued by Patrons to David Ferguson; (2) Patrons is bound by a settlement agreement entered into between Harris and Darrell Luce Jr.; and (3) Luce could reach and apply against Patrons a judgment for damages entered against Harris. 24-A M.R.S. ...
