On December 13, 2002, Houston Bell was charged with one count of vehicular homicide. At his arraignment on January 8, 2003, he pled not guilty. On February 18 the court denied his motions to suppress the evidence and statement. The State subsequently filed a motion in limine to prohibit reference to correspondence written by a State's witness, and the court granted this motion on September 19,...
