OPINION BY KLEIN, J.:

¶ 1 Herman Newton and Geneva Newton and their son, Herman Newton, Jr. ("the Newtons"), appeal from a grant of summary judgment in mortgage foreclosure by the assignee of the mortgage, Green Tree Consumer Discount Company. Essentially, the Newtons claim that they were fraudulently induced into signing a mortgage document when buying aluminum siding. The distinguished trial judge said he "reluctantly" granted the motion for summary judgment...
