Defendant/appellant, Brian Miller, appeals his conviction for attempted possession of cocaine. For the reasons that follow, we affirm and remand.

The Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging the defendant, Brian Miller ("Miller"), with possession of 400 or more grams of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(F). The defendant pled not guilty at arraignment. Miller's grandmother-in-law, Azienell Holmes...
