¶ 1 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appeals from an order which granted a motion to suppress the warrantless arrest of Appellee, W. Christopher Conrad, and all evidence obtained as a result of thereof.1 The Commonwealth contends that the suppression court erred in concluding that the Commonwealth had not demonstrated an adequate basis to justify the stop of the vehicle which Appellee had been operating....
