Appellant William T. Owens appeals his sentence of 60 months imprisonment for conspiracy to commit wire fraud and securities fraud, falsification of financial information filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and wire fraud, all in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1350, 1343. The district court imposed sentence after Owens pled guilty for his role in a prominent corporate fraud case, which the district court found resulted...
