In this foreclosure action, the named defendant, Stones Trail, LLC,1 challenges the order of the trial court confirming the sale of property it owned. The defendant claims that the court improperly confirmed the sale (1) without determining the value of the property as six lots and (2) without conducting an evidentiary hearing.
