Plaintiffs Daniel Young and Barbara Young ("plaintiffs") brought this action against the Tennessee Valley Authority ("TVA") following injuries to Daniel Young while he was working at the TVA facility at Brown's Ferry Nuclear Reactor in North Alabama. Count I of the complaint alleged negligence, willfulness, and wantonness claims. Count II alleged a loss of consortium claim on behalf of Barbara Young.
