Plaintiff/Appelllant/Lessee, Edwin Harrison ("Mr.Harrison") appeals from the trial court's judgment dismissing his case on the basis that he did not meet the burden of proving that his injuries were caused by a defective ceiling in the apartment he rented from the Defendant/Appellee/Lessor, Olivia Cooper ("Ms.Cooper"). For the reasons stated herein, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
