In this interlocutory appeal, defendant Charles James challenges an order of the trial court disqualifying his trial counsel. Official Reports Advance Sheet No. 26 (December 24, 2003), R. 306(a)(7), eff. January 1, 2004. Defendant contends that the trial court abused its discretion in disqualifying his chosen counsel. We reverse and remand.
