Following a bench trial, defendant Leonard Jamison was convicted of burglary and sentenced to six years' imprisonment. On appeal, defendant argues: (1) the trial court erred in imposing a $20 fine against him that was not permitted by law; (2) the court erred in failing to award him $5-per-day presentence credit toward the $4 additional penalty assessed against him...
