In this admiralty appeal, we consider whether the district court properly dismissed the tort and contract claims of an intervening plaintiff, Greek petroleum company Eko-Elda Anonymi Viomichaniki, Emporiki Eteria Petrelajoeidon Viomichaniki ("Eko-Elda"), seeking to enforce a lien against a cruise ship being sold in foreclosure by the holders of the ship's preferred mortgage.
