On September 15, 2004, Defendant-Appellant Roberto Rodriguez-Quintanilla pleaded guilty to illegal reentry subsequent to deportation for an aggravated felony in violation of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1326(a) and (b)(2) and was sentenced to thirty months' imprisonment.
