In 2003, plaintiff, Victoria Poilevey, registered a default judgment entered in the state of Wyoming against defendant, Aaron Spivack, in Illinois. The trial court ordered defendant to pay the principal amount, prejudgment interest, fees and costs provided for in the foreign judgment, and postjudgment attorney fees.
