What can the officers of a dissolved corporation do without incurring personal liability? In this case a corporation had contracted to install an air-conditioning system in a new house, but the corporation dissolved before completing the installation. The corporation's officers continued the installation despite the dissolution of the corporation. The plaintiff bought the house and found the air-conditioning system...
