At trial the State used an uncharged crime to combat the defendant's consent defense. That evidence creates one of several issues the defendant raises in this appeal.

Following a jury trial, the defendant was convicted of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, one count of armed robbery, and two counts of aggravated kidnapping. He was sentenced to natural life in prison on the aggravated criminal...
