Clarence Beckley, the executor of the estate of Ladell Beckley, appeals from the decision of the Chancery Court of Pontotoc County awarding approximately thirty thousand dollars plus interest to Ladell's brother, John Beckley. Clarence argues that the chancellor erred (1) by finding that the funds passed upon Ladell's death to John as co-titleholder of a previously redeemed certificate of deposit in which the funds were once invested...
