¶ 1 Appellant, Stephen M. Godfrey, appeals from the order entered on April 7, 2005, by the Honorable J. Michael Williamson, Court of Common Pleas of Clinton County, finding him in civil contempt for failure to appear at a contempt hearing and failure to pay child support and imposing a bond requirement.
