Following a bench trial, the circuit court of Cook County found defendant, Robert Klebanowski, guilty of armed robbery (720 ILCS 5/18-2 (West 2002)) and first degree murder based on the commission of a felony (720 ILCS 5/9-1(a)(3) (West 2002)).
