ROTHENBERG, Judge.

The defendant, Andrew Henry Mann ("Mann"), appeals from the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. As we agree with the trial court that the evidence Mann claims entitles him to relief does not qualify as newly discovered evidence, we affirm. We also conclude, as did the trial court, that the Public Defender's Office lacks authority to represent a criminal defendant...
