The plaintiff, Old Spanish Trail Credit Union, appeals a judgment of the trial court granting the defendant's, Felix E. Sexton Jr.'s, exception of no right of action and dismissing the plaintiff's suit at its costs. We reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the case for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion.
