STATEMENT OF THE CASE

F.M. "Butch" and Pamela Roberson filed suit to recover damages for injuries sustained when Mr. Roberson fell from a ladder while ascending a trap shooting tower. Plaintiffs appeal the judgment of the trial court granting a Motion for Summary Judgment in favor of Defendants, Lafayette Oilman's Sporting Clays Shoot, Inc., and its insurer, First Financial Insurance Company.
