MEMORANDUM ORDER AND OPINION

The defendants, Apex Alarm, LLC ("Apex"), Keith Nellesen, Todd Pederson, and Chance Allred, move for dismissal for improper venue. The motion is adequately briefed and oral argument would not materially aid its resolution. For the reasons stated below, I GRANT the motion.
