We granted this writ application in order to consider whether the plaintiffs' claims constitute separate injuries under the language of the particular automobile insurance policy at issue, thus entitling each plaintiff to separate "per person" policy limits, subject to the aggregate "per accident" limit. We find that the policy language is ambiguous and could reasonably include injuries such as loss of love, affection, and companionship, as well...
