The defendant, Pro Park, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the plaintiff, Gebrehiwet Mokonnen. On appeal, the defendant claims that (1) the court improperly charged the jury on the plaintiff's religious discrimination claim and (2) there was insufficient evidence to support the plaintiff's negligent misrepresentation claim.1 We agree with the defendant, reverse the judgment...
