This appeal involves an insurance coverage dispute. Appellant Auto-Owners Insurance Company ("Auto-Owners") issued to contractor Coral Construction of South Florida, Inc. ("Coral") and Coral's president, James J. Irby, two commercial general liability policies (the "Policies").
