Case Summary

In this consolidated appeal, James Shafer appeals his enhanced and consecutive sentences for robbery resulting in serious bodily injury in one cause number and burglary in another cause number. Because a trial court may order terms of imprisonment to be served consecutively even if the sentences are not imposed at the same time, the Fulton Circuit Court did not abuse its discretion in ordering Shafer's robbery...
